God speaks light into the darkness, sees that the light is good, and establishes the first division by separating light from darkness.

The Fall of Adam
Satan deceives Eve, Adam disobeys, and sin brings the first great separation between God and man. Humanity passes from fellowship and light into mortality and the darkness of history.
